After 2 weeks of recording my peak flow, the doctor told me I have mild asthma today.

Asthma - me?! I grew up watching my brother and dad have asthma, but somehow it never occurred to me that I would develop it. I mean, it really is mild - I just get tightness in my chest sometimes, I've never had a problem breathing. After discussing it with the doctor he (and I) think it's due to pollution, and seeing as I only developed symptoms on moving to London, it seems likely. It was also *really* bad when I was in Delhi, a very polluted place.

Which gives me another reason to dislike London!! (I'm so tempted to rant about London right now, but I'll leave it for another post...which I'm sure will be soon!)
